Like clockwork
Ordered new car with James and arranged to collect in two weeks (as was away on holiday) car arrived had a test drive and all good so arranged collection date.
You hear of so many bad reports about car dealers trying for the pressure sale, but at Buckingham Ford this just will never happen. From what I've seen the same attitude applies from the top all the way down, the service reception runs like clockwork too.
It gives me piece of mind knowing that the customer does come first at Buckingham Ford and how lucky we are to have them locally.

I don’t have a Ford but always bring both our cars here for service, MOT and repairs. Good old fashioned service with helpful, friendly staff.

FULLY SATISFIED - YET AGAIN ...!
Have just had my Ecosport fully serviced and MoT'd. Once again, Buckingham Ford have surpassed my expectations, from accepting a short-notice booking to doing a thorough job, including providing a courtesy car and giving mine a free wash and vacuum, and with their usual friendly and helpful approach. You really can't beat them.

No hard sell!
Car in for annual service and MOT. Car handed back in a lovely clean condition which helped for being used as part exchange for a newer model. Having had several cars from James, it was great to be guided through chosing my next nearly new car.

Lights out
Discovered a fog light glass was broken. This was fixed with no fuss and reasonable cost. First port of call is Buckingham ford- from whom - over the years - have had several new cars and and servicing done in a friendly manner.
